Refund & Return Policy

At ORIVA, we are committed to providing a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Hygiene or personal care items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
